custom exhaust modification service transforms your OEM exhaust into a proper underbody aftermarket exhaust for a fraction of the price.

We've spent many hours researching and experimenting and have come up with 3 different modification options that maintain the OEM underbody exhaust aesthetics, reduce weight, and add the deep-throaty sound of the twin motor.

This is NOT simply exhaust Coring.

The OEM muffler has a series of chambers and piping that reduce sound, we

re-route and modify the muffler internals for different sound output and better exhaust flow.

 Option 1 - Sport Exhaust:

Sport Exhaust option is a 5 on a scale of 1-10 sound-wise. It adds a sporty, deep, and throaty sound, while not being overly loud or obnoxious. While riding the sound of the exhaust note is much more pronounced and audible at all rev ranges. It instantly changes throttle to a much smoother less lagging response. This option retains OEM catalytic converter.

ECU Upgrade/Up-Map is not mandatory but as with any exhaust mod, always recommended.

Option 2 - Sport Plus Exhaust:

The Sport Plus Exhaust option is a 7 on a scale of 1-10 sound-wise. It adds a sporty, bassy/deep rumble and throaty sound, with a bit of rasp. This option changes throttle function to a much smoother less lagging response. While riding this option is loud, and very audible at all rev ranges. May also gurgle and pop. Quick shifting pops are also more pronounced. This option retains OEM catalytic converter.

ECU Upgrade/Up-Map is not mandatory but as with any exhaust mod, always recommended.

Sound measurements: 92db at idle, 120 at 9k rpm

Option 3 - Race Exhaust:

This option is a race version. It is loud, we strived for a GP type sound which is bassy with a deep rumble and throaty sound, maybe raspier at all rev ranges. This option changes throttle function to a much smoother less lagging response. While riding this option is loud. May also gurgle and pop. Quick shifting pops are also more pronounced.

ECU Upgrade/Up-Map is highly recommended for maximum performance gains and proper fueling function.

Sound measurements: 96db at idle, 125 at 9k rpm

Due to the modifications required and there is no weight reduction only weight redistribution. To be able to offer this at the current price we cannot use materials such as titanium or aluminum for weight savings.

Our bike tested at 90.26 Peak horsepower. About 3.5 to 4hp gain the the Motobox Racing exhaust is paired with the upmap unit and the Gabro Racing map for our system.

Dyno Results

Stock bike produced 87.48hp, 46.05lbs tq.
Sport Plus exhaust with NO tune, 89.22hp, 47.57lbs tq
Nearly 2hp gain!

Race Exhaust on our bike tested at 90.26 Peak horsepower. About 3.5 to 4hp gain the Motobox Racing exhaust is paired with the upmap unit and the Gabro Racing map for our system.
We opted not to run the sport model on the dyno. We designed it to be more sound-oriented rather than power-oriented. Completely safe to run with no tune and you will still get slight improvements.
Regarding the Sport Plus, it was a very good improvement over stock, and it's awesome to see our design yielded positive results with no tune!
We also tested with a tune and the results were nearly the same as with no tune. As of now, we have a custom tune being developed by Gabro Racing and we will be back at the dyno to see what results we yield.
Overall, it was a great day testing and we got great results! Neither Sport nor Sport Plus requires a mandatory tune. Sport is the tamer version that gives your bike a bit more rumble, but I’d say Sport Plus is the way to go.
Based on the Sport Plus design, I would say the Sport will yield slightly less performance than sport plus but still better than stock.
